This Saturday, make new friends at Sebring Mobile Estates Social breakfast Club. From 7-9:30 enjoy a hot, delicious meal and share a laugh or two. It’s only $5 and proceeds benefit local charities.

First Baptist Church of Lake Josephine is holding a FREE dental Bus Monday, February 25 through Wednesday, February 27. BUT you have to come to their Prescreening this Saturday from 9am to noon to make your appointment. Call 863-655-1524 for more details.

Avon Park City Youth Football and Cheer will hold early registration this Saturday. From 8am-12, sign your child up at the clubs field house, located at 207 East State Street in Avon Park. Saturday night, the Skylarks are playing big band and show tunes at St. Agnes Episcopal Church! Parish Hall starts rocking at 7pm, and you can dance the night away for only $10. You can bring your own snacks and refreshments too! St. Agnes is located on Lakeview just south of Bayview.

This Thursday, the Garms Family will perform Southern Gospel music in concert at Lorida Church of the Brethren. It’s free to attend with a love offering taken up. Get there early as seating may be limited. Bring your sweetheart to get a blessing Valentines evening at 6:30pm.

Friday night, bring your family to the Lake Placid Journal Plaza for movie night!  Live music kicks off at 5:30 and the movie “Sing” starts at 7::30. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the Good News Cafe’s full menu too! And Saturday, the Farmer’s Market runs from 8am – 2pm with a special musical performance by 10-year-old Harp sensation Bethany Patton.

The Highlands Little Theatre invites you to see the hilarious comedy, “Disenchanted” beginning this Friday at 7:30pm. Famous Princesses of fairy tales sing songs about what happens after their “Happily Ever After!” This show is funny and sarcastic, with adult humor!
